Complete the form below to nominate a high school student-athlete you feel has the capability to play at a high level - Division I level preferably and/or professional level. Currently we are seeking to fill our 2023 travel season Ladies 17U, 14U and Guys 17U, 16U. We may fill other age groups based on quality of players.

Selection of Players:

• A maximum of three players on each team can be selected from the same school PER grade

• Player must be in good standing with respective school & coaching staff

• Must respond to all dated material by the date requested

• Must exhibit positive attitude to those in charge at all times

• Must be disciplined and adhere to collegiate and professional rules.
